Have weedeater but no manual to read on how to restring to line

Unscrew the bump knob. Remove spool and wind line in direction of arrow on hub.

To restring the Hills Everyday 37 rotary clothesline FD88010 you are going to need a couple of tools which include a small screw driver and a set of cutters to cut the new line cord.

You will also need to order a pack of line, which for this unit would need to be the 70m pack from Hills. Here is a link to the line pack you would need.

Please see the enclosed manual diagrams and instructions paying attention to Figures 11,12,13, and 14 with the accompanying instructions. Read "Fitting A New Spool........" It says to depress the tabs (push in from the sides) to remove the black knob. Here is your manual. I hope this helps.

You will need Adobe Reader installed on your computer to view the manual. If you don't have it, it is a free, safe download from their website.

Take about 15' of line off the spool - join the 2 ends together to find the mid-point and hook that into the spool. Wind it around the spool - not too tight and try not to overlap the rows as you go. It is just that easy.

Google it,,,,you will find it.

Did you restring it? If so you may have crossed the line over itself too many times. Try to take all the line off and restring it again. Good luck...Lee
