Try sim on another working fone, if it works, then your fone has a problem. if it doesn't, then your sim is the problem.

Hi There,

There are two possible reasons why this is not working.

1). The SIM card that you are using is no longer valid in the system of your mobile provider.

2). Your fone is faulty and does not make contact or recognise your SIM card whether or not it is inserted into the fone.

didn't you try another battery?

go in the security setting and change it for more info call 0430212876
