Mouthpieces when i call samone the person cant hear my voice but i can hear her

If make outgoing calls and the person whom you're calling can't hear you,the main problem is the mic or mouthpiece that transmit your voice to others.

* this is due to when you dropped the phone and the components or parts are dislocated

* water damage that may result to corrrusion.

If you can fix it on your own :

(you need a T6 precesion screw driver)

*open the back cover by just lifting up the side housing
* unscrew 2 screw then there's a small box insert with 2 pins and that would be the mic or mouthpiece we're looking for.
*check the level of the pin and see if there's a stain or dirt,try clean it and align as well.
* assemble it again and test using a voice recorder or try to call anyone.

try cleaning your mouthpiece by blowing it with a compressor. should that fail contact a Nokia Agent to replace Microphone.

you can try to use a headset and see if it will work
normally if the caller cannot hear the receiver theres some problem with the mouthpiece. if the headset and loudspeaker works then you have to go to the store and have it fixed.

when you are on the phone and you can hear the person on the other side but they cannot hear you, this could be caused by twoo factors.

1. the network or 2. the mouthpiece of the phone,which is the tiny hole by the lower end of the phone.

if it is the network, the problem is temporal.

to find out if it is the mouthpiece, try using a earpiece or bluetooth device if your cellular supports that and see if the other person gets to hear you.

then you can tell if it is the mouthpiece and replace it.

this is a mouthpiece problem from your phone.

Loose the phone and read the mouthpiece with a meter. Or clean the phone board where the mouthpiece contacts.

If this does not work, it means you have to change the mouthpiece.

You can use a earphone to receive and make calls for the main time, till you change your mouthpiece.

try using head phone to attend calls.. if its normal then give ur mob to service caus ur receiver system may be a problem

Is there a mute functionality on you phone? Try to change the settings if there is. Refer on the manual.

If there isn't, then there must be a problem with your phone's mouthpiece. Have a cellphone technician check it.
