Green light comes on momentarily then back to off and red light flashes.
This requires a replacement of the power supply board. This is per Pioneer tech support whom resolved my issue when I called. Hope this helps!
If you have this problem im sorry to anounce but you will have to contact pioneer to get it fixed because the company will not send out a new part to your closest technician shop i dont know why .... i think its just a quick way to make money really but search pioneer on google and you will get the info you need

no power blinking red light after momentary green light
Picture will go blank & red light flashes one time & then 4 times.
when i disconect the power & turn the tv on again (manually) the picture
comes back. sometimes this has to be done several times

Same with my 50" plasma Pioneer - unplug power or turn off main power switch then replug in or turn on main power and switch on regular power button - the green light comes on for 3 - 4 secs - then a faint
pop" then back to blinking red light and no picture nor back light.
Picture on the tv went out..I turned off the unit and red light came on. Then proceeded to turn the unit back on and still zero picture and green light appeared for a few seconds and then went off...Is this the supply assembly board?
My pioneer Pro 800HD flat screen would blink off and on. and after doing this about 5 times it will completely shut off. We still have sound but the screen red light is no on with no picture. After a few minutes we can shut the screen on/off buttonto the off position, then back to on then push the standby on button, picture will reappear but only for a short while, sending us through the sequence again.We can not keep the picture on, we have cleaned the air vents and there is no condensation
is this something i can change myself
I have blinking lights (red and green) on the panel. I don t notice any problems but it is annoying...
