My HP J4580 all-in-one printer continues to display the message "Print cartridge problem [Tri-Color] Refer to device manual to troubleshoot. Nothing in the manual says anything about this error message or how to fix it. The cartridges are totally fine and full- I even put new ones in and this message was still displayed. How do I fix it?

hi i dont have the tricolor cartridge in my hp 5610 and i want to work only with black cartridge and my printer says there is no cartridge on the left , is it posible to solve this problem and work with one cartridge only ? i can print but copy and fax doesnt work . thanx
