Seems like the computer board treadmill makes buzzing sound andwill not start

The audio is distorted for your TV or the settings for the sounds have become mismatched or the speakers are speakers are not working on your TV the fans might be broken with your TV and the TV is starting to malfunction.

oh, the trotter treadmill that is a workhorse of a treadmill. Question doubled edge. does it start?? or it does not Start. the sound if it does turn on may be coming from the motor which may need new brushes. Trotter is now Cybex fitness. they will have a part to make the repair

The grinding noise could be asking for lube. If that is possible, do it.

Unit uses a Magnetron and likely a power board called an inverter to run it. Someone would have to open the unit in a way where they might pinpoint where the sound is coming from and then take action--does not of course sound normal or good to me.

THis sounds like a controller board problem. In many of the treadmills I have seen the same board controls the drive motor and the incline motor. If this product is under warranty have the company covering the warranty check it out. Anytime you buy one of these machines buy the extenced warranty. I was a field service tech for a warranty company. When you call in with a problem make it sound severe.. I have replace almost everything in one except the frame just to make a customer happy. I am not sure of the error message but i seem to remember it being associated with the controller.

it's in the control board relay,the board needs replacement,the catch voltage for the relay is weak

You need a new lower board. you will have to contact the MFG for that. 1-800-999-3756 should still be the number. You can look up POrofor it is the same treadmill. They may not make the part any longer. If that is the case let me know.
