When I try to access the Samsung apps Icon it sends up an information box to let me know that there are updates available however, when I tap the OK box the screen reverts to the main page and NOTHING happens. getting out and re starting the samsung apps brings up the same proble. It will NOT up date, I am on WI FI mode when I do this

I just had this same problem - I suspect it may have been a new app I installed that changed some settings.
I fixed mine by going into Settings>Mobile Network settings, then tick "Use packet data". Worth a try.

APN & data settings

  1. From any Home screen, tap Apps.
  2. Tap Settings > More > Cellular networks.
  3. Tap Access Point Names.
  4. If available, tap the T-Mobile US APN.

Manual network selection

The device detects and registers on wireless networks inside T-Mobile's calling area, but roaming networks are usually restricted to T-Mobile SIM cards. You can manually select a network only in areas where T-Mobile does not own GSM spectrum.
  1. From any Home screen, tap Apps.
  2. Tap Settings > More > Cellular networks.
  3. Tap Network operators.
  4. Wait while the device populates a list of available networks.
  5. Tap the desired network you wish to register on.

Switch 2G / 4G

  1. From any Home screen, tap Apps.
  2. Tap Settings > More > Cellular networks.
  3. Tap Preferred network types.

    • WCDMA/GSM
    • GSM only

Turn on / off airplane mode

Airplane mode turns off wireless connections. This allows app and menu use, but prevents voice or Internet use.
  1. From any screen, swipe down from the top of the screen.
  2. Tap the down icon (v), the tap Airplane to turn on or off.

Turn on / off data roaming

  1. From any Home screen, tap Apps.
  2. Tap Settings > More > Cellular networks.
  3. Tap to turn Data Roaming on or off.

Turn on / off mobile data

  1. From any Home screen, tap Apps > Settings > Data usage.
  2. Tap to turn Cellular data on or off.

Just got a rca 11galileopro.I was able to install messenger,yahomail &googlechrome but when i try 2 access any i get the message "unfortunately messenger has stopped" & gives option to report or ok

Try this:

Step 1: Head to the Settings menu. This can be done by tapping the cog icon in your notification shade or by locating the icon on your apps.

Step 2: Find Apps (or Applications, depending on your device) in the menu, then locate Facebook Messenger then click on it.

Step 3: Tap on Storage and the buttons for clearing the cache and app data will become available (pictured above). Try cache first then if that doesn't work try to clear all data (with this option you will have to login again).

Can you help update samsung phone to newer android

On the Home screen, tap Apps.
Tap Settings.
Go to More tab, then tap About device.
Tap Software update.
Tap Update to check if there available updates for your device.
(To register your device, tick the checkbox corresponding I accept all the terms above on the Software update page, then tap Confirm.)
If new firmware is available, the device will automatically start downloading the update. A window will pop up if the latest updates have been installed, just tap OK.

I have a galaxys1114g and i don't know how to send a photo to another mobile.

using the default messaging app (which i hate BTW, check out handcent. far better IMO)
make a new message (the pencil on paper icon on the upper right)
Click the paperclip icon
find the photo and click on it (if it asks what app you want to use pick gallery, its easiest)
you should be back in the message with you picture in the messaging box and a popup message that says converting to mms message
send

How can I install podcast apps ? how i can upgrade in version 7.1 ?

On your iPod, tap on the Settings icon. Next tap on the 'General' and then on 'Software Update'. If a software update is available for your iPod it will be listed there. Proceed to install the update. If no software update such as 7.1 or higher is available, probably the podcast app you are trying to download is available only for iPhone and/or iPad. The latest iOS version for those is 8.1.2.

How do get the internet?

It seems the 3DS does not have internet browsing capabilities as of yet and it is planned to be implemeneted in
late may.
