My pocket rocket electric bike wont hold a charge

The battery has probably died. Use a voltmeter to determine what voltage is in the battery. If you don't have one, take it to an auto electrician, he will be able to tell you if the battery is dead or not. Most batteries only last 2 or 3 years. Check if there is enough water in the battery. Use distilled water. If its a "non serviceable" battery , you will only be able to test the voltage. The sticker on the battery will tell you if its 6 or 12 volt DC

You use the supplied charger, or if you got it used without a charger, you can buy one here: Replacement Razor Pocket Rocket PR200 Scooter Battery Charger Adapter... After that, you plug the charger into the wall securely, and pull down on the round cover next to the motorcycles power button until it opens. Then plug the other end of the charger into the motorcycle.

#1 check your power voltage on your batteries #2 you need to check the power to the electric motor - #3 possibly replace the control module - #4 possibly replace the throttle

The choke is on the carb. Check if the carb set screw is set right, turn it all the way in and then back out 1 1/4 turns. then fine tune by 1/4 turn increments.

it wont charge because the batteries need to be replaced.

The motor powering the bike may have worn out, or the motor control circuit got wet or fried.

I decided not to pusue the plan!

The most logical explanation for a battery no longer charging is...age. Rechargeable batteries do not last 'forever'. Somewhere between 3-6 years old and they will lose the ability to hold a charge.
Time to buy a new battery.

i had the same problem but fixed it this morning, i just sat far back on the seat when turning throtle with all my weight and then slid back on normal when moving, but it makes a grinding noise.

The problem will be gummed up carbs or injectors which ever your bikes have.
