Check the thermostat for proper setting, evap could be frozen up, the condenser fan could not be running, unit could be low on freon. start check some items and let me know.

MODEL UR30GEFD beverage air where can i buy thre thermalstart control on line?

    First off the fan running although a good sign does not indicate whether the compressor is running or not. What will help to know is what temperature the compressor is and the evaporator coils status, frozen or bone dry?

Just because the compressor checked out okay doesn't mean that the overload and relay doesn't need to be replaced it also could mean that the compressor is mechanically defective I would try by installing a URCO810RC 4n1 relay kit. It is all you need no sense in wasting money on new parts if your refrigerator does not have the run capacitor do not install the one that comes with the kit

Beverage Air Kegerator Runs constantly gets too cold
yes sounds like a bad defrost terminator or timer?
not allowing it to go into defrost so compressor runs all the time and it frreezes up

Fan runs all the time
The inside fan has to run all the time. It turns off it will not keep things cold. Not the fan outside in the air it shoulc cycle with the compressor.

Beverage air cycling off/on
These units are not designed to run in temps much lower than 50 degrees. They have no winter controls and the freon pressures will take a nose dive when running in a cold ambient condition. The unit will not run well in a cold environment, compressor damage may result. :(
