As soon as I switch on it just stays in standby with red LED. No visible swollen caps or damage on any PCB?

SOURCE: Technosonic LCD1908 stuck in standby. Does not

There are several things that must happen before a DLP will turn on. The light bulb and color wheel must start first. Samsung had some color wheel issues. Check the bulb first. If it is good, most likely it is the color wheel.

Red LED standby button is blinking red. Amplifier is switched on and after some 5 secs switches off on its own with red LED still blinking. If OFF on remote is pressed red LED stops blinking, however...

There is a problem win the power supply. I would look for swollen/leaking caps and also any cracked , broken devices in that general area and replace them
