Yes there are 2 input RF Modulators on the market, they even have the plans to build your own. Now here is the problem this
constitutes a remote mic which the FCC has deemed illegal. I know you don't want to hera this and will probably rate me low for saying so, but I would rather be rated low that to not first warn you about what you intend to do. That being said here is how it can be done.
From the audio out of your ipod or iTunes device go into one of the audio jacks of your modulator, then connect the other audio input to the CB speaker out this will will allow your to use the modulator to switch between the CB and the iTunes device.
Now for a system containing only one audio input. You can build a pre modulator audio switch which will allow you to switch between the iTunes device and the CB while switching the other connection to normal functionality. If you look on the Internet they have diagrams of such things. If you can not build this yourself you may be able to find an electronics technician to do this for you for a fee.
Take into mind that remote mic'ing is illegal
