Green light not working on front next to the orange fast freeze switch/light. How do you change bulb behind green plastic cover.

Most freezer lights are screw on bulbs. Unscrew the bulb unticlockwise and replace with a new one.

I used to sell freezers.the green light tells you the mains is on and the freezer should work.The red light is to inform you the freezer is not low enough temperature,and the orange light is a fast freeze light to over ride the thermostat for use when introducing fresh food.It should not be used for prolonged periods as it may burn out the compressor although in your case you already have a problem and should seek advice or buy another freezer.If you get a cheap freezer thermometer it should confirm what I am saying.
