What is your question? Did you forget your password to open your Surface? If so, please follow the directions in this link.

This is and ongoing problem with the new OS's. If you delete the email account and redo the email setup this usually helps. Ex. If you have a Optimum (Cablevision) email acct you need to use mail.optimum.net NOT mail.optonline.net cause Apple is not recognizing the old server names. So check with your email provider if the server names to setup have changed. I know that changing your email address can be a pain but if you go to a GMail email acct this will solve a lot of the problems that occur when using cable provider email accounts. Also there is a software that will notify all your contacts that your email has changed that you can implement if you choose.

If it's an android device...
1. Enter wrong pattern 5 times and wait for 30 seconds.
2. Select "Forgot pattern" and enter your email account username and password.
3. Make sure you use the same account that was used to activate the device and double check the password by logging in to that email account in a browser.
4. If you don't have access to the original email account, you will need to do a hard reset and loose your settings and apps on the devcice. The data on the memory card will not be wiped though.
Note: if you can't remember your email password, you will have to visit the email service support page to get it reset.

Then sign up for a new account with a differant email and use the new name.

1. Follow the steps to recover your account. You'll be asked some questions to confirm it's your account and an email will be sent to you. If you don't get an email:
   • Check your Spam or Bulk Mail folders
   • Add [email protected] to your address book.
   • To request another email, follow the steps to recover your account .
   • Check all email addresses you might've used to sign up or sign in to your account.

its talking about your wireless password i'd guess.

i find sometimes electronics goes "tarded" and all you have to do is:
1) go into your wireless
2) long press it or something then select forget (please don't do this if you don't know your wireless password)
3) then reconnect and type your password again
