Precor Error 15, AC Input Voltage Too High
Probable Cause
1. AC input voltage is incorrect.
2. AC input voltage transients. Transients can be caused by lightning strikes or by other pieces of equipment sharing the unit's AC power.
Corrective Action
Verify AC feed into the building's circuit breaker is correct and connected to the proper transformer tap.
Ensure the AC grounding for the unit's outlet is good and verify the unit is connected to an isolated and dedicated 20 amp circuit.

This problem is normally by the use. Go to radio Schak , and buy some Spray for to clean and lubricate electronic parts, contacts, buttons , or Spray for clean to pressure.
Excessive wear on the deck and belt can cause high friction which then puts a heavier load on the motor. You may want to check the belt and deck for wear.
Error 22 means the drive motor is diconnected. you will hear the fan and other parts make noise but check the red and black anderson connection between the main circuit board and motor.
