This simple fix sometimes works;
Try to log-in to Facebook, then select "forgot my password". They will e-mail you to give you a new password.

    I accidently delete my I con for facebook. Then I tried to get back in to many times. I am now locked out. Please unlock my FB [email protected].

Facebook is jusgt as any other site..
clear the files and objecs from IE.
open Internet explorer.
click tools and Internet options
click settings.
choose delete
click further to proceed.
coming back to the same window (Internet Options)
click apply.
click ok

try opening Facebook.
