did you uninstall it then reinstall it and when it loaded it up a blue screen comes up and says enter password? try 012345. if you hadn't changed it yourself.
No idea, try restarting it. Remove the radio fuse in the fuse block, wait five minutes then reinstall. If that don't work remove the negative from the battery, wait five minutes then reattach. This will restart the unit for sure, it will also restart the car's computer just so you're aware. Let me know how it goes.
the code is 0 1 2 3 4 5 (6 digits) , if you changed the code and don't remember it.... reset the radio via the system reset button with the tip of a ball point pen.
Try entering the default Jensen passcode "012345". It may sound silly, but it'll work if the owner hasn't changed the password to their own personal code.
