There could be a few reasons why your TV is producing a bad bass sound.
Firstly, it could be an issue with the TV's built-in speakers. If the speakers are low-quality or damaged, it could result in distorted or exaggerated bass. In this case, you could try connecting external speakers or a soundbar to your TV to see if the sound quality improves.
Another possibility is that the bass sound is being amplified by the room in which the TV is located. If the room has hard surfaces such as walls, floors, and furniture, it could create an echo effect that emphasizes the bass frequencies. In this case, adding soft furnishings or rugs to the room can help to absorb the sound and reduce the bass.
Lastly, if you have any external audio devices connected to your TV, such as a sound system or a gaming console, they may have their own bass settings that are affecting the TV's sound. Check the settings of any connected devices to see if they have a bass boost feature that could be causing the issue.
Yes, if set is sitting on hard surface you will get this type of issue---also consider the speakers are fairly small so if Bass is set up too high this can also happen---
Check to see if set has settings like HALL etc as these will also create issues.
One, it has to be under warranty if 2 months old....
What you may be doing is just driving the speakers (a lot of sets have tiny ones now) too hard with the bass set up===literally rattle them in their frames----if the set has a connection on rear for external speakers that might be a option.
Some of these sets (check the specs) have a very small audio output circuit under 5 watts and with volume up and bass up sound will be hard in deep bass situations....
It sounds like you have subwoofer system that requires satellite speakers for the high frequencies. If you have these satellite speakers, but are getting no sound, either you have connected them incorrectly, or there is a problem with the amplifier that drives the satellites.
try turning the bass down and see if this helps the fluttering. If it does help a little most likely it is a blown speaker. Can replace at radioshack for under 20 dollars. It is hard for me to tell since i am not there to diagnose but also can you do a balace to go completely to the right with bass up and see how it sounds. now with bass up turn the balance to go to left speakers. if you hear fluttering from one side that means a speaker or speakers from the side that is fluttering need to be replaced. i hope this helps and good luck fixing this.
hello you need to check if subwoofer is working also make a test ..testing the outputs for subwoofer, dont forget to view a program using high bass and pay attention if it works........saludos
in newer sound systems they usually have an button that says audio with push of the button it should give you options of adjusting balance fade bass treble etc.
I know thier are some hidden sound settings in the menu if you hit your menu key on your remote [or the one on the side of your tv],then goto to the tv and press both the channel up and down buttons simultaneously. You will see a factor menu, try changing the sound settings in there.
