My camera it turns on but the screen is all black u cant see it really good

I have a swann setup, and to get that to work I had to enable every camera (settings/alarms bla bla bla), did that, and all ok now.(why send out a unit with default settings, NOT TO RECORD????)

There is a possibility that your computer may have been too hot which was why it froze. You can also try reinstalling your gpu driver as well as try to close down applications in the background because if you have too many things opened in the background at once it can slow things down.

typical windows problem! did you have it unplugged when you turned on your computer? try turning it on without it plugged in first. after fully started up, then plug it in. should see a found new hardware sign. if not try it plugged in first, then turn it on. if you still get nothing then you need through the start menu and add it manually. you may need to download a driver to get it to work. try googling driver for bla bla bla camera!

If the photographs that are taken can be downloaded and viewed on the PC , then the fault is with the LCD screen, If there is a possibility that water has seeped into the LCD and damaged or the LCD is faulty .
To remove will require good care as there is heavy sealing and must be done professionally. take estimate from an Olympus store or use as it is assuming the picture with experience.

the GTA series has always been very demanding in computer graphics going to black screen could be a sign that your computer can't handle it try turning down the games graphics

One thing you could try is cleaning the little gold contacts on your lens and camera that will almost allways work

I had the same problem (sorry for my English). Ive installed all the updates for XP, then i updated my drivers to top, but it doesn't work. BUT! I was installing drivers without ATI panel, only the driver. The last version of drivers on time of writing the post is 27/01/10 (catalyst 10.1 or something, dont remember)- installing this helped the video to run for an hour, copmparing to 4 minutes before using this drivers. After being stopped again(DAMN), i ve decided to slow down the clocking of card in ATI panel- originally it was 650-400 MHz, then ive made it 400-400 and black screen of death dissapeared for ages. I had very much troubles with this, so i hope it would help somebody. Dont feel any differience in games.
the only thing for thinking is the count of triubles with this card- like ATI_AMD cant create a stable hardware.

Sounds like you need a new memory card, ive had this happen to me on a works camera. When i replaced the memory card it was sorted

hi , transfer your pic in the movie maker , i know you can retuch them , make it brihter,if you cant, just buy magix movie pro 12 good programme and cheap too yvon chow !!!

shadow filter is in need of adjustment please take into a camera retailer for repair
