LG Dryer DLEX4000 - will not turn on.

If you have replaced the thermal fuse, main control board, control board behind the start button, and the high limit, and the dryer still will not turn on, then there may be an issue with the motor or the door switch.
First, check the door switch to make sure it is functioning properly. If the door switch is faulty, the dryer will not turn on.
If the door switch is working properly, then you may need to check the motor. The motor could be faulty or there could be an issue with the motor relay on the main control board.
You may want to consider consulting with a professional technician who can perform diagnostic tests and determine the root cause of the issue.

74008072 Range Control Board

try a used appliance dealer, he will more than likely have many of those pcb boards that are junk that you can probably take for little or no money and harvest the switch from there. i have never found loose components like that for sale.

Replaced baking element and still does not heat

take a multimeter and assure that you have power coming to the element you need to take off the rear panel of the range as well as the panel that covers the control board assure that you have power going to the control board and then leaving the control board as well if it is not leaving the control to go to the switch then you would replace the control board if it is leaving the control board yet not going past the switch then you would replace the switch any further questions message me back and please rememeber to rank how this opinion has helped it allows me to help others in similar situations Thanks Rick

F32

The F32 error code indicates a water level pressure switch failure. This is normally caused by wiring connection problem or a failed pressure switch. If you are able to unplug the washer and remove the top panel, you can check the wiring connections between the control board and the water level pressure switch. To remove the top panel (with the washer unplugged), take out the screws at the very back of the top panel and slide the panel back and then pick it up and remove it from the top of the washer. The pressure switch is on the top of the right side panel toward the back of the washer.

If the wire harness connection between the pressure switch and the control board is okay, then you will probably need to replace the pressure switch to correct this problem. The part number for the pressure switch is 8181695. You can order this part from the Sears PartsDirect website www.searspartsdirect.com .

The F28 error code indicates a communication error between the main control board and the motor control board at the bottom of the washer by the drive motor. A loose wiring harness connection can cause this problem. It can also be caused by a failed motor control board, a bad drive motor or a defective main control board. You may be able to check the wiring harness connection to the motor control board by unplugging the washer and removing the bottom from service panel. To remove this panel (with the washer unplugged), take out the screws at the very bottom of the panel and then pull the panel down and out to remove it. Access to the motor control board may be limited. You may be able to check to make sure that wiring connections are firmly secured on the motor control board. If the connections are okay and you continue to get the F28 error code, you may need to replace the motor control board.

3 flashing light....Aire-Flo furnace AF80MPA100B5A

That control board is several hundred dollars. If I may make a suggestion, take a jumper and when the inducer fan starts, jump out the pressure switch. If it starts, it's not the board but a bad switch, hose or blocked exhaust vent.

Commercial generator 20kv not working properly

Troubleshoot like this:
1 - With the generator control in Auto, jumper from terminal 3 to 4 on the control board. Generator should start without transfer switch doing anything. If it won't you have a bad controller board.

2 - If the Generator started, remove the jumper - controller is OK. Next go to the 1st transfer switch and find the remote start terminals. These will be the same wires that were connected to controller terminals 3 and 4 at the generator. Use your jumper wire to connect them and see if the generator starts, if not there is something wrong between the switch and the generator, probably a broken wire.

3 - Don't forget to check the other switch, the remote start terminals of the switches connect in parallel across controller terminals 3 and 4 so that either switch can start the generator.

4 - Each switch should have some sort of a test button/switch, power down as much of the building as you can, then run the test function of each switch one at a time. Don't stand directly in front of the switch while you do this.
