If your rig runs the rated wattage of 12 watts PEP on ssb then a 4 amp fuse is plenty. If you run 4 watts 2 amps. They sell the fuses in Radio Shack 5 for $2.

What is 55-200mm?

That's the focal range of a zoom lens. Unlike a single focal-length lens (or a "prime" lens) a zoom lens lets you adjust the focal range. "55-200mm" specifies the lens's focal range from 55mm at the low end to 200mm at the long end.

You can read a general description of zoom lenses at
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zoom_lens

Nikon current has two different 55-200mm lenses:

If you're asking about the L110, it has a permanently-affixed lens and will not use either of the above lenses.

I have a broken 18-55 mm lens . The plastic bayonet type rim that connects to the camera base has snapped off, can it be fixed easily without sending back to Nikon.

You'll need at least a small screwdriver and a soldering iron. If you feel up to it, you can order the part and do it yourself.

The part depends on which variant of the 18-5mm lens you have.

My Nikon 18-55 mm lens turns easy when zooming in, but is stiff when zooming out. There is no roughness in the movement that would suggest dirt.

the zoom-rubber might have been loosen, so it moved too easy while you use it

On a new Nikon 18-55mm AF-S DX Zoom - Nikkor f/3.5-5.6 lens and a Nikon 55-200 mm AF-S DX Zoom f/4.56 lens is VR also included and standard?

Nikon currently lists two 18-55 AF-S DX and two 55-200 AF-S DX lenses. One in each pair has vibration reduction, the other does not. The ones with VR in the name have it, otherwise it doesn't.

VR isn't exactly an option. If it wasn't built into the lens initially, you can't add it later. A lens either has it or it doesn't, though if a lens has VR it can be switched off.
