Adjust brightness on panasonic th-50px60

The TV's Brightness setting only affects the intensity of the color white. The easiest way to see changes is to pause a movie or TV show that has clouds in the image. Then change your Brightness setting to your preferred video.

Need best settings for a Panasonic TH-50PZ85U

As with any display best settings are up to the user.

Some general rules about adjustment of a video display device apply

1. if the display is too bright you would decrease brightness by turning it down
2. if the display is too dark you would increase brightness by turning it up

If a display is too bright it will shorten it's life span so you want to keep the brightness down

Contrast must also be adjusted in the same manor

You should increase color saturation to suit your self

Increasing the color saturation too much will decrease the life of the display and look ugly
so you want to add just enough color to satisfy your taste.
