Trackpad/mouse on my Macbook Air moves all around the screen by itself. I have tried several troubleshooting techniques, and none have worked for more than a few minutes
Boot the computer into recovery mode and see if the track pad is still moving around by itself.
Hold down the OPTION key when turning on the computer, and select the Recovery icon to boot into recovery mode.
Here is a link that will guide you throw it in detail How to Boot Into Lions Recovery Mode
The purpose of booting into recovery mode is to see if the track pad is still acting up. If the track pad is operating normal in recovery mode, then it might indicate an issue with your operating system. If the trackpad is still having issues in recovery mode, it would indicate that your trackpad issue is a hardware issue and it will require you to take it into Apple for further diagnosis.
Hope this helps!

Go to the system preferences and look at the universal access, check to see if you have turned on the "seeing" section, if so turn it off, this might be the source of the problem
SOURCE: keyboard and trackpad got wet
it may work when it dies out...otherwise you will most likely have to take and have the keyboard replaced
