First try unlock code as 12345
If that doesn't work, you can do a hard reset by:

Hold Volume + plus, Camera, plus Home, plus POWER ON cell hold all four buttons without releasing them for a few seconds and you should get a recovery menu or something asking to reformat (reset) your phone, do that. Just factory reset the device. Type in *#7370# and Then the default lock code that you would need to provide is 12345. Hope this helps.
