You have a registration error , which will require removable of the transfer belt and cleaning of the sensors below the transfer belt

sounds like the fuser is offsetting, i.e old image is sticking to it and being offset onto the next page going through it. I'd look at replacing the fuser first.,

Have you open closed the front door to clear code? have you replaced the black image unit? Not the black toner but the image unit Black.
