Waterfall has low water pressure when jets are on

A weak pool jet is one of the most frequent problems for pool owners. If you ask a pool professional “Why are my pool jets not working?”, you may receive a blank stare and a pause. This reaction is due to the fact that we know the solution could be simple, but narrowing it down is time-consuming. We’ll separate the cause of low pool jet pressure into two parts. This will hopefully save you time from reading a section that doesn’t pertain to your situation. Part I will discuss low jet pressure when the filter gauge has a low PSI reading. In Part II we’ll discuss low jet pressure when the filter gauge has a high PSI reading.

Look for the obvious-take off the screen. Then you may have to venture into the faucet itself. If you have galvanized pluming, every time you shut the water off, scale will fall int the center of the piping without pressure and then when you open the faucet it tries to flow through small orifices.

The threaded cap the holds the waterfall valve in place is most likely cracked so you will just need a new valve. Send me a picture of it and I can see if I can locate one for you.

it can be adjust take handle off and remove locking collar first turn water off,

it has a metal or plastic ball with a shaft for the handle it may have spun or a washer may be bad under it,

you can get a replacement at lowes or Home depot to replace it if this is the problem .

by contacting the manufacture they can tell you how to do that.

Pull the bottom strainer off and check to see if their is anything in the impeller.

lume build up. pull handle out and unscrew there should be filter inside take out and soak in a cup of lime away overnite rinse well and reinstall

It is not clear what type of lance or nozzel you have. You said that the machine works fine with the circulating water jet(the turbo). So it seems the machine is fine. I do sometimes service variable nozzels and variable lances. But the best solution is to replace nozzels and variable nozzles and lances with new ones. Regarding the fan spray setting it could have no pressure because it might be in the chemical setting. The chemical setting lets out a fan shape flow of water, but with less pressure. The chemical system only works on low pressure in domestic washers, that is why it needs a low pressure flat spray. The pencil jet has 2 jets comming out because if it is a lance or nozzel with ball bearings, these ball bearings must have stuck in a wrong position. Also 2 jets can come out, due to a damaged nozzel hole.
Altogether, the best advice is to buy a new nozzel or lance...which ever your machine uses. All Karcher machines have their own specific nozzels, lances and high pressure hoses. You cannot change these from one model to another.

You can go to a hardware store or lowes,Home Depot and buy a repair kit for it.When pick up the kit make sure the model you have are listed on that kit.Most of them come with a allen wrench to take it a parted. It's easy,but turn the water off first.

IF ITS PUMPING FINE-( NOT RUNNING, PUMPING ) YOU PROBABLY HAVE A LEAK SOMEWHERE DOWNSTREAM. IS A WELL OR WHAT IS THE PUMP USED FOR?
