SOURCE: Not receiving commands from the remote. (Panasonic Panasonic CT-34WX54 HDTV)

Sometimes remotes have a switch to select tv,vcr,or cable, amke sure the remote is in the tv mode, other than that rare but remote receiver go bad and they have to be replaced, but before you call for assistance make sure the remote is communicating with the TV.It could be still good with other devices and not with the set.

SOURCE: panasonic CT-32SL14 flat screen tv stopped working

I dont know if this will help anyone....but I opened the TV up and found a blown fuse right wherer the power cable connects. I replaced the fuse and while doing so noticed alot of dust and what seemed like part of a spider web. I got a can of compressed air and cleaned it up. Once I put in the new fuse the TV worked perfectly.

SOURCE: Can't change our Panasonic TV channel to watch DVD input

Buy a 21 way scart. This will have an 'AV' enable connection built in. After fitting, turn on the TV, then turn on the DVD player. It will automatically enable the DVD through the scart socket.

You won't get a picture unless you go into the settings menu for the blu-ray player and tell it that you want to send the picture through HDMI, but you will have to hook up your three audio video cables and either find your remote or get a universal programmed to it.

I have a panosoinic tv model CT-2013SA and my son typed in a parental code and forgot it

Hello

There is a way to unlock Panasonic TVs. It will work on most of the Panasonic sets. Just try it.

Panasonic sets need to be reset to clear the v-chip settings. To do this, put it in standby mode, that is, switch on the set by its front panel power switch, and put it off by remote hanset, [standby position], then press the POWER and ACTION buttons at the same time and then turn the power off. The set should reset to the factory defaults, and reset the v-chip.
OK.

I'm trying to hook up my Panasonic DVD player (model DVD-S29) to a Comcast cable box but have not been successful. My DVD player only has Audio Out connections, with no audio in connections. I...

the cable in should go to the box and cable out from the box to the TV.These should all be coaxial cables correct?Hook up the DVD player to the TV using the red, white, and yellow cables is also correct. In order to watch a DVD,you have to use the input select button on the remote for the TV ONLY to change inputs. If you have a universal remote for the TV and not the original factory remote provided with the TV,you need to use the menu button located on the outside of the TV.I just searched on my flat screen and was unable to find an input select through the menu button. It may not be possible on this TV if you do not have the original remote and if you own a universal. My universal for one of my older TV's is about 7 years old so I do not know if newer ones have an input select option. If they do not,it is most likely due to patents and royalty payments which these cheap remote makers do not want to pay.Anyhow, let me know if this helps.Just comment here and i will get an auto link to your comments.Good luck! Remote control

Does the DVD player have an RF output or only video? That's a drag there are no RF/Video buttons. I had a TV like that too. I suppose you already knew this. Remote controls for even newer TV's are hard to find. Good luck.
