Generic host process for win32 services has encountered a proble

I keep getting this error "Generic host process for win32 services has encountered a problem and needs to close" once I am connected to internet. No issues otherwise. After this error, I have to hard boot the system to reconnect to the internet. Any solutions? I have already ran some anti-malware softwares in the Safe Mode but no luck.

When Windows keeps crashing, the best thing to do is doing a backup of all the Data, and re-installing windows operative system, either from recovery partition/recovery CD, or using a generic Windows setup disk. If problem started recently try doing System Restore first.

80% of this error message were "Generic Host Process For Win32 Services Encountered A Problem and needs to close" caused by the activities of a virus.Use a good antivirus like avira* or avast (It is absolutly free) then problem not fixed re-install your operating system and use a good antivirus.

i had this very error last year
disconnects me from the net every few seconds

the way i fixed it was by downloading the following 2
updates

Update 894391

and Update 921883
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/detai...

after you have downloaded and installed these manually
reboot ur comp and keep updateing ur computers with windows updates

thats how it worked for me

this is most likeley due to a trojan virus impersonating as win32 host process. review all services running and pay close attention to any service that looks weird. Run DRWEB free trojan cleaner you can download it by googling it.
