I have a puncture on my front wheel tyre on a rascal 302 le how do i get it off

if you look under the seat and see that there are little black switches, one of them maybe broken. if there are no switches on the seat post. then your joystick thinks you are a front wheel drive instead of a rear wheel drive chair. It is the same as a Rascal 600 only the 300 has smaller wheels.
The manual is not much help on the brake, it does not go into repairing the bake, except for checking voltages and replacing the microswitch, some tips are a little oil on the detent balls help to keep it free and movable, but don't get oil on the brake pad.

If you have a good relationship with a local dealer they may be able to copy and provide you with one.
Electric Mobility, the manufacturer, in my experience will not provide one to you.

I am assuming you are talking about the castor wheels. You just need to remove the center bolt/axle. You will need a 5mm and 6mm Allen wrench. Once you get the screw out of one side, you should be able to push the axle out and drop off the tire for maintenance. This is generally a solid tire.

Obtaining a 4-wheeled front section is the best way to improve stability. The 3-wheeled front section on rascal 235 and 245 scooters easily detaches and interchanges with the 4-wheeled front sections(235 models are a little shorter (less legroom).

Your best bet is to call the manufacturer and give them the model and serial number if available. They will give you the tire and wheel size and a local dealer to purchase from. The Rascal is manufactured by Electric Mobility at 1-800-MOBILITY.

most rascal 235 and 245 scooters come equiped with power seat height control. you turn the key to the left and then the throttle lever becomes the seat height controller. the seat motor is ditectly uuder front of seat post. if it will not run follow wires to see that they are plugged up good.
