ST1000LM024 SmartDrive failure Need to reset SmartDrive

Caveat: I am not a tech, I just read through the Mitsubishi service manual, and have worked on different model TV that I have owned (older model of this one) I am a little unclear on the second set of lights but I think the combination *may* indicate that the lamp fan is not starting (there are two fans though), if the blinking red is the status light. It is possible the connector for that got jostled during the trip, something fell into it from being on the side (wire or loose something) and is blocking it from spinning now, or a module unseated a bit,and is loose, or the lamp is no longer seated correctly (though the lamp light does not appear to be on) or none of these. :) These are just guesses.
Be careful if you open it up, due to potential for shock. Wear gloves, and power it down first (then unplug). Reseat any fan connectors.

Google: I used "wd-65735 status lights" to find a service pdf , it's for V39 chassis (several models)

3. Error Code Operational Check Note: The TV must be in "Shut Down" and not have been switched Off, to perform the Error Code Opera- tional Check. When the TV is switched Off, the code automatically resets to "12" No Error.
Pressing the front panel "INPUT" and "MENU" buttons at the same time, and holding for 5 seconds, activates the Error Code Mode. The "TIMER LED" flashes denoting a two digit Error Code, or indicating no problem has occurred since the last Initialization.
Note: The front panel buttons must be used, NOT those on the Remote Control.

hard drive failure is a mechanical fault needing a new hard drive to fix it

Blue screen could be the windows files getting corrupted due to a virus, file fragmentation or a failing hard drive, overheating cpu or failing memory.
The beeping usually indicates a hardware failure, first open the computer and see it the CPU heatsink is in place properly seated and fan is connected and spinning.
Second with the PC off, remove and reinsert the memory.
These are just a few things to check , most likely the hard drive has failed and needs replacing.
pressing certain keys during bootup can sometimes isolate the issue, but only if the monitor still shows a picture

The disk boot failure could come from a number of sources. I can offer some solutions one or a combination of which will hopefully correct the error.

First, check your BIOS settings to see if S.M.A.R.T drive reporting is enabled. To enter into BIOS please tap F2 key at start up. In the BIOS screen, if the S.M.A.R.T drive is enabled, disable it and give it a test run of 2-3 days under a regular rebooting cycle to see if the error persists. S.M.A.R.T. (Self-Monitoring Analysis and Reporting Technology)is a somewhat outdated standard developed as an "early warning" system to detect hard disk issues. If your desktop is newer, it may not even be available as an option as it is not widely used these days. The SMART technology while useful under certain circumstances had an extremely wide margin of error and would throw errors on boot occasionally when there would be nothing from either a physical or configuration standpoint failing or pending failing in the drive.

While we're in the BIOS, I'd recommend that you ensure that it is recognizing the drive correctly on each startup. The easiest way to ensure this is to reset your BIOS default settings. While on the BIOS screen, look for an indication either along the top or bottom designated by one of the function keys (I believe it used to be F10 to restore defaults). Be sure to save your changes and exit. Again, where you did not get the error every time, you may need to monitor it's progress to see if the error returns.

Second, physically check all cabling. A loose or in some cases failing IDE cable (assuming it is an IDE and not SATA connection) will produce these errors in the Pavilion line (and most others I would well imagine). Power everything completely down, remove the side of the case to give access to the drives and start with reseating the cable both at the drive end and the controller (where they plug into the motherboard) ends. Ultimately, if you were to pick up (or could somehow borrow) a different IDE cable to test for a short time it may also call out a failed or failing cable as well.

Third, we can't overlook the possibility of a failed drive itself. Formatting and/or recovering the drive will most likely not correct an error of this type. If any of the steps resemble those suggested above and have already been attempted, the issue may well point to the disk itself. How old is your system out of curiosity. I realize this option is quite a stretch given the timeframe.

Keeping with issues with the drive itself however, if all steps listed above don't correct the errors, there could be a strong possibility of a failing disk. Since you say it will boot on occasion the failure may not be severe enough at this stage to completely fail, but a total inability to boot may be looming on the horizon.

I hope one or a combination of the recommendations I've made correct your issue. Keep me posted if possible.

When your computer failed to boot from the disk-drive, it tried to connect to a network-accessible "boot-server" via the Ethernet adapter.

However, if there's no cable connected to the computer's Ethernet port, you will get the "check the cable" error-message.

So, your real problem is "invalid partition table", which means that the very first record on the disk-drive is either missing or corrupt.
That first record contains the "partition table", which lists the size of the hard-drive, and the size of each partition (usually only one) on the hard-drive.

So, you'll need to buy an adapter that has a USB-plug on one end, and a connector for your "SATA" or "IDE" hard-drive at the other end.

Remove the hard-drive from your computer, attach it to the connector, and plug-in the USB connector to a USB port on another computer, and then use software to delete and then reconstruct the partition table.

Or, the hard-drive is failing, and must be replaced (maybe under warranty???).

the drive has failed i think try checking the cables and connectors are plugged in properly and power on again if you still get the same error code try replacing the drive if you can

Bad sectors are starting to show up on the hard drive. Thats what the smartdrive program is for, its checks the hard drive to see if there are any bad spots or potential bad spots on the platter inside of the hard drive.

It will definitely have to be replaced. Replace it with a new one and if you can't then at least replace it with a known good used one.

If you get that it means you are ;
1--missing a device driver for your phone
2--the device has failed to establish USB connection due to device failure or cable/connector failure

Try putting the tape drive on the last scsi termination point.
