Uninstall the app and try reinstalling it and see if that works if it doesn't than stick with Google

There are 2 reasons for not showing display either monitor power supply issue or may be check your RAM as well Is it inserted properly or not ?

Check your cable that connected from CPU to Monitor. Remove the plug from both end and connect it again.

If still the issue pursues you need to update the update the Monitor Driver.
Open RUN from Start Menu and type DEVMGMT.MSC and Enter.
This will open the Device Manager window.
Go to Monitor and down you can able to view the installed drivers.
Update the drivers and reboot your PC.

Please let me know the status.

I should do these 2 things do hide this brightness bar:

-You can click the MENU button again!
-You can simply disconnect the power-cable from the monitor and
let it unplugged for like...10-15 seconds!
-You can remove the button with a screw-driver and take the
little plastic on the second button.

If this all doesn't work...
I can recommend you to send a email to SAMSUNG with this info:
-Name:
-Date when you bought this product:
-When did this start:
-And your CPU information:

If this all doesn't help...
You ned to install a driver called 'Syncmaster 720n/730n driver'!

its a snap-type plug-in stand, just hold the stand firmly and pull the monitor equally upward, then it will snap quickly....... but a proffessional reminder! Before mounting your SyncMaster on a wall, be sure to plug the two (2) stand holes located at the buttom of the monitor. My Samsung SyncMaster 2333HD LCD TV was twice intruded by adult-size lizard, both incident resulted to main power board damaged!!!!

You have to use the dvi-d cables on both video card in order to get the higher resolutions on both screens. also the nvidia control panel must be set up the right way so that both screens receive the higher resolution.. there should be a selection for panning across both screens, and another for selecting apps on 1 screen and main os on the other. try changing those settings around, more than likely that is the reason that it's going at a lower resolution.

sounds like it might be a graphics card. if u have an old graphics or vidio card, open the case and remove your card then install the old one. if it works now youll know your card is bad. If u have an old video card and an open pci slot install it and move the monitor cable to the old video card plugin. if it works now same thing your graphics card is bad. to know which card to remove just remember which one the monitor is plugged into.

I have the same monitor and it should be screwed to the PC and have some sort of protection over the screws so you don't see any screws on it...
