Frigidaire plhs267zab5 ice maker won't switch crush to cube

Pull out the whole ice machine part. At the back of the fridge you will see a small rectangle hole with a white plastic part inside the whole. Loosen the pastic part by applying a little pressure with your fingers it should move, it's probably just sticking.

Ok so I'm having a similar problem, I can't seem to get cubed Ice, so I read this about sticking your finger or something into this hole in back of icemaker. Yea right this is going to fix my problem I say to myself. While I'm laughing saying again to myself, yea! sure this is going to work.... and low and behold It WORKED!!!!
