Front load machine getting F 02 flashing on screen machine has stopped working??? Help

Check the carbon brushes of the motor. And then press the button start for about 5 sec. until all leds lights up.

SUD lock can often occur on a front loader that is being used with regular soap, front loaders require HE soap, if the incorrect soap is used a suds lock will stop the pump basicly pumping air

If the drain time exceeds eight minutes, the water valves are turned off
and "F/02" is flashed. Press PAUSE/CANCEL two times to clear the
display.

Thanks for using FixYa. F/02 error means Long Drain. If the drain time exceeds 8 minutes, the water valves are turned off and "F/02" is flashed. Press PAUSE/CANCEL twice to clear the display.

• Check the drain hose and make sure it is not plugged or kinked.
• Check the electrical connections at the pump and make sure the pump is running.
• Check the drain pump filter for foreign objects.
• If the above does not correct the problem, replace the pump.

Machine door stopped mid-cycle. Door is locked and cannot be opened. Whirring sound. 02 F flashes

f02 means long drain. something is stopping it from draining. takes the pump out and look in at the impeller, something could be caught in it

i believe that is the code for slow drain condition.pump may need to be cleaned

pump is obstructed and needs to be cleaned. Look in this thread for how to clear a duet sport pump trap.

F/02 Long Drain

NOTE: After 4 minutes the "Sud" error will be displayed, then 4 minutes later the F02 error code will be displayed.

Press PAUSE/CANCEL twice to clear the display.

f-02 means long drain. remove panel below door. pump will be in center right in front of you. remove cap and clean out pump. unplug washer first ofcourse
