Tharmal overload i have change gtro board and invertor board after chaging both boards ups give the error of tharmal overload

Step 1:

see the video and lube the rollers bearings too

Step 2:

test the input voltage motor, if there are the motor need repair
see the diagram attached.

Step 3:

test the output voltage board, for input voltage motor, if there are NOT the board is faulty,replace
see the block diagram

The invertor board will usually have 2 connections, each with 2 wires (usually white and pink) that go to the screen, thats how you can identify the invertor board

The power board is just as easy to locate... Just follow the wires back from where you plug the power into the TV.

Be warned though, the power/invertor board can contain lethal voltages even when unplugged! Be careful!

Check the output voltage of the invertor board , if its 150 volt (point of cold fusion lamp connection) then the drive electronics of the invertor board from the motherboard is damaging the new invertor boards which you are trying to replace. Check input to the invertor board it should be 5 Volts and 12 volts .

R1 will be blown, replace it with a 10 ohm resistor. Also replace C6 and C22 with 220uf 25v Capacitors.
