It is possible on of your radio has a problem. The best option is to test with a third radio to determine which one is not working.

SOURCE: one of the 2 radios will not work

Check the programming of the Frequency, interference eliminator Code, and Qt filter (if any). Be certain all the radios match exactly. If you then still have a problem, set your Qt filter (if any) and your Code to zero (or off). This will return your radio to basic operation and they should work together.

If not, check your batteries. Trade the batteries from one radio to another. Does the problem switch to the other radio? If so, you need to replace the batteries.

If none of the above solves the issue, you may have a defective radio.

In gp339, when we press ptt switch, no tx, how to solve

It sounds like you are having an issue with your GP339 radio where the PTT (Push-To-Talk) switch is not transmitting when pressed. Here are a few potential solutions to try:
  1. Check the battery: Make sure that the battery is fully charged and properly installed in the radio.
  2. Check the antenna: Make sure that the antenna is properly connected and not damaged.
  3. Check the settings: Make sure that the radio is set to the correct frequency and that the PTT switch is configured correctly in the settings.
  4. Check the microphone: Make sure that the microphone is properly connected and not damaged.
  5. Check the programming: Make sure that the radio is properly programmed with the correct settings, including the correct channels and frequencies.
  6. Check for physical damage: Make sure that the radio does not have any physical damage, such as a broken switch or damaged wiring.
  7. Check that the radio is programmed for the correct channel.
  8. Check that the radio is not in "Low Power" mode, if so, switch it to "high power" mode.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, it may be necessary to contact the manufacturer or a professional radio technician for further assistance.

You are receiving but cannot anser. Your Battery of Radio is not fully charged. You charge the Battery or replace with new one. If your problem not solve then it is Power Module Fault. You replace the PA from expert person in Radio.

Bought a used Motorloa Mag One BPR40 at a tag sale and then bought a new one. The used one looks like it was used by a business so it was probably "programmed." How do i get the two BPR's...

Your radios will need to be programmed by a Motorola dealer. The software used to program the radios is a Motorola proprietary software and not for sale, but most dealers have a subscription to it.

The loud buzzing indicates the channel you are on is not programmed.

Motorola t5720 one buzzes and you can't hear transmission. It transmits to its partner just fine. It just won't receive transmission form its partner, just a loud buzz

Try trading the batteries between the units and see if the problem moves to the other radio. If so, replace the battery pack. If the problem persists, you have a defect radio, which needs replaced.

Best regards.

T8500 no recieve transmit vibrates when PPP is pressed

http://www.giantintl.com/ContentManage/manuals/Moto/T8500%20English%20only%20June5.pdf

Try checking the vibra call settings for your vibrating issue. Also, as for the radios not communicating with one another you should check the programming of the frequency, interference eliminator and the Qt filter. All radios must be identical to work together.
