The Part you lost is the "240V Charger Adapter"

You need to contact Super Cheap Auto, provide them with the following information, and ask them how to get a replacement "Charger Adapter" for the Jump Starter

You can buy a power supply off Ebay for about $20. A printhead you can find on Alibaba for around $100, maybe more with shipping (it's either from Hong Kong or China, nothing in NZ). You could probably find a computer supplier that will try and get it for you in NZ, but you will get it far more expensive from them.
