I don't know why you want to seal your attic but some companies provides wide range of industrial seal so you might want to go through it to find which suits best for you since you don't want any bolts or locks. People usually use good quality and high strength locks or bolts to seal the attic. But it is your choice whatever you want to use.
You could try this link to get some good seal for your door.

How do I increase the range for the remote. Used to be ok but now only works through the garage window. Have tried replacing the batteries

There could be several causes for your issues.
If you have a FIOS box in the garage make sure that it is closed and sealed.
Make sure that there is on coax cable close to the garage door opener motor in the attic.
Could be a neighbor installed something that is causing you to loose distance.

Freezer door pops open when the Refrigerator door is being closed

My new freezer did the same thing. I contacted the company and they went into the whole leveling thing. What it has to do with is the magnetic seal. The magnets are not strong enough to keep the freezer door from popping open when closing the big fridge door. They share the same duct. I level my doors on the fridge and freezer so they swing shut by themselves after opening. Just the force of the big door when it swung closed cracked open the freezer door about a quarter of an inch and if left unnoticed created a puddle and made the fridge run overtime. I solved the problem by placing strong magnets inside the fold of the magnetic seal at the handle end of the door. This is the flap on the outside the door seal. I used six magnets on the top and six on the bottom. The magnets were from discarded Sonicare tooth brush heads. They are very flat and super strong. You can find something on ebay. My freezer door doesn't budge problem solved. I did call the company and told them I solved the problem and they still insisted it was the leveling. Good luck, Art Knapp

WHY WOULD RAIN LEAK IN NEAR FRONT DOOR? ALL SEALS

Some leaks actually are from the windshield and it is contained by the trim so you can't see where it is leaking from. If it is the door seal look at the striker bolt to see if there is any abnormal wear. Make sure the striker bolt is aligned with the door striker. If you don't know how to check this run by your local body shop and ask them to check it for you. Sometimes if the keys have ever been locked in the vehicle people use door shims to hold the door open as to pick the lock. This is bad because it knocks the door out of alignment with the seals. Hope this helps.

Door knob to garage won't open. The "bolt" won't retract.

If all else fails...take pins out of hinges and remove door to get to lock bolt.

Lock barrell on the drivers side is broken

you'll need to remove your door panel (screws are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door) and pull back the weather seal (can't reuse it, but it's not that important) and you will be able to access everything.

I'm not sure what you mean by lock barrell.. I'm guessing the cylinder which you'll just have to bolt back onto the door.. you may need to find a specific bolt though....

I need to replace the complete passenger door of my bmw but I have no idea on how to take the door off the car.

the first thing that i would do would be to take the inside panel off and disconnect all of the wiring that comes into the door from the vehicle and then remove the bolts that are holding the door to the frame.

How do I replace a drivers side front seatbelt on a ford mondeo

well the seatbelt in the front of a car are very strong and should be bolted in both from the underneath of the car in the middle and on the edge of inner door seal, most upto date cars there will be a cap which removes from angle at top most point of seat belt to undo. all bolts should be lock tighted(chemical metal) to seal and not undo in unlikey event of bad crash.
