When you getstarted on your new pogo stick, make sure you are wearing shoes. Place the pogostick on a hard flat surface like concrete (jumping on grass etc is really hardand likely to cause you to fall). Hold your pogo stick completely straight andpull up on it while you put your feet on either side of the stick. Now you can start bouncing!
unloose nuts(but just a little bit) on front forks and low it down, but leave wheel and everything on to see how far can you go,that front mask dont come together with front fender when you brake....
there is something stuck in the pedal causing the electric circuit to connect, perhaps some thread or a pin. unplug it from the machine and see if you can unloose it from under the panel.
Did you try to take it our forwards? if im not wrong that one goes out in the front, Dont forget to take away all the screws. there are at least 4 of them and you need to unloose them from both sides.
