If you have the manual for the "Zonet ZSR1134WE Wireless Router " read the instructions device set up for the Operating system(OS) on your PC. Different OS setup require diferent sets of instructions/procedures.
Do you know the network key of the router? If you do and still you won't be able to connect, modify the router and try changing the network key.
If the security that's set to the router is WPA-PSK, try changing it to WEP and create a new network key. If same problem occurs, try changing the channel.
Another option is to reset the router to it's factory default and reconfigure the router.
Last option, perform a firmware upgrade and this should resolves the problem.
NOTE: Make sure to try different laptops before modifying the router.
after it is connected, connect computer to router via ethernet cable, then when you find the address bar online, type 192.168.1.1 to access the new unit.. If it asks for username and password which it shouldn't it would be "admin" for both
