How can i solve C-5102 error in Bizhub C353 printer.
Transport motor dealing with the duplexer which helps with making double side copies, your right side of the machine the cover has to opening outer open section is causing the problem check it and have a tech come out and check it.

NO!
Just like on a printing press that toner is being imaged somewhere when it runs out of the sheet. The toner is going on the imaging belt/fuser. Over time it will build up and ruin the device. On a press they can stop and wash the imaging blankets. Full bleed is achieved by running on oversized stock and trimming off excess afterwards. That is how the "Pros" do it.

When you say the bizhub fails Authorization, do you menat it fails Athentication?
If so, and I pressume your technician knows what he's doing, you have an issue with a password. I suggest you create an address for the bizhub on your email server and then re-setup the scanning to email credentials via the web browser direct to the machine.
