well u have stopped ur movies(dvds) to many times and the dots are burn marks on ur screens
if u read ur manual it will tell u NOT to leave a still picture on for to long as it will damage ur screen
i assume u have a PLASMA TELEVISION
if not... sorry cant help u

If this model has network print capability it could be hard drive. Otherwise the mfp control board is likely bad.

The black dots could be a few things, the most likely would have something to do with the drum area because the dots didn't appear until after service. If the dots are only about an inch apart it is probably the charge roller. If there is only 1-2 dots per page, the issue is likely with the drum. These figures are assuming you are running 8 1/2 x 11 paper with the long edge being fed in first. If this is the case, you can change the paper to feed with the short edge first and this may get you by until the technician gets back out to fix it.

the problem comes from your graphic card,as far as i know that's a AGP card so next thing u could do is open your computer case take the graphic card out from the AGP slot and clean the slot and pins from graphic card with some contact spray or alcohol wait until spray or alcohol vanish and put the graphic card back power on and see the results

do they look like pixie dust...or sparkly?....if so I can give you a procedure to get rid of that
