10 BlINKING LIGHTS ON SONY TELEVISION

Is the light blinking 9 times? If so thats a very common problem caused by failed diodes on the G board which will need to be replaced.

This blinking is an error code. If you contact Sony, they will provide help. Search Google for error code info.

Is the power indicator blinking? If so count the number of blinks in between the brief pause as thats an error code which is indicating which circuit has the problem.

Check Q8014 and Q8013 for shorts, leakage, or bad solder connections on the " D" board. If the transistors are bad, check R8051 and IC8005, also on the "D" board.good luck

Type in Sony Blinking codes on Google you will find all blinking codes and what they mean.

You need to check supply volts on main micro IC702 on main board of Sony KP-51WS520 TV.
If you have experience of big TV repair then I would recommend to get service manual of TV from any online store and check above said IC supply volts. TV must give error by blinking light in case any problem in drive circuits and if main micro fried, no error signal will be there.

Have you checked your fuse? As the led should light up. Do you hear any relay clicks when you press the power button/ Please respond to this same post.
