Smsung yp k3 qb/mea firmware problem

I bought my player 6 months ago.i then downloaded a wrong firmware from samsung website by mistake. now when i on the player the interface has become a blank white screen and after the update the computer reads it as a mtp. i downloaded the correct firmware from the samsung website but now i cant put it up on the player. please help soon

How do i upgrade the firmware on my YP-Z5 samsung mp2 player

Go to this website and they will have the necessary files to update your player.
Once your at the website just follow the directions provided and put in your infomation that is required and it will lead you to the place you can download the firmware/updates.

Select the matching device from the list.

On the next page select the tab Downloads :

For computer software EMODIO and MULTIMEDIA STUDIO select Software and download the required execute file.

Firmware for the player can be selected under Firmware: download the zip file and look under Description how to perform the update.

My tip though, is to install the latest firmware so you can use it in UMS mode (which would mean that you can use your program of choice to transfer music).

hit the reset button at the back of the mp3 player..use a small needle to poke it..it will turn on..it wont erase any sort of data..it worked for me...

I wanted to know if there is anyway i can get an extra cable for this MP3 player since ive lost mine...thnx alot :)
