You need a new touch screen panel or I/O cable, they are fairly expensive if you don't have a service contract with your Office Printer supplier. Recently just replaced one a few months ago.

Did you down load the print drivers from KonicaMinolta??? mite also be the firmware, have tech come out and update it. try this site

Due to the environment, over time conductivity of the touchscreen connection deteriorates because of high temperature or high humidity. Consequently, the area between the conductive cover and glass expands and loses connection. Today, The Touchscreen has been modified and should be replaced when the symptom occurs

This is a somewhat common problem with this series of Minolta's. It is a defective touch panel. The adhesive that was used to adhere the layers together de-laminates and the panel stops responding. The only thig you can do is have the panel replaced. Based on your local service rates and parts pricing you are looking at $400 to $500 to have it replaced. It is possible, although not likely that your local Konica/Minolta delaer can replace it under warranty so I would start there.

The code is an error code, it means your copier bizhub 250 is having some problem in the LCT.large capacity tray the last tray.its not opening or may be malfunctioned.

to change the language
1 press the utility/counter button
2 touch user setting the top left button on the touchscreen
3 touch users choice the left button on the touchscreen
4 under the tab 1/6 the second button on the touchscreen is langauge selection touch this button and you can change the language
if you have recently changed the nv ram and this is what caused the language to change on the machine then post a follow up and i will post the instructions to change the language for this it is a different procedure.

Touch utility button then on the touchscreen hit in the following order User Settings, printer settings, print reports, configuration page, and the start button
