SOURCE: computer wont power up. Light stay amber and fan come on

Remove the memory chips again and reseat them in thier slots. This typically happens when you dont get the ram all the way in it's slot. Computer wont boot.

SOURCE: when i boot the computer the moniter doesn't come

What that suppose to mean was that is either you are connecting the system with the monitor and powering the system while the system comes on buyt the monitor was not displaying anything. what happen there is that is either you are not fixing well tightly the VGA cable that comes from the monitor in well contact to the system or the VGA card on the system is faulty, has open legs ,has made an ilegal sitting on the VGA slot or even try the system with another monitor if the problem is solved there then the monitor itself is the problem but if it remain black then check the VGA card on the system for replacement or make it sit well in its slot . thanks for the question anything to do for you again post it again and i reach back to you .bye

SOURCE: Buzzing noise on boot up, about four buzzes.

The first thing to check would be the CMOS to see if there is a setting for "case intrusion" or something to that effect. Some computers have sensor that goes off the computer's side panel is opened. I believe this can be disabled in the CMOS and/or it's just a wire connected to the motherboard that can be disconnected.

It could also be an important fan, like the CPU fan, isn't spinning fast enough which may or may not lead to an over-heated CPU.

Also check to be sure all the memory sticks are firmly seated.

If it doesn't look like any of those it could always the the power supply. See if you can borrow one for a little while for testing purposes just to see if it works.

If none of those pan out I would say call Dell support and see what they say.

I am guessing that you already removed the battery and re-installed it. IF not, try it.

My computer won't boot up and the orange light just stays on. The moniter is working, the fans in the power supply is working

Could be your motherboard. Does anything come up on the screen at all when you boot up? Do you hear a beep at startup? Also check to make sure your hard drive is spinning just to be sure.

My hp laptop will not boot up

Check the power supply for power. Replace if necessary. Also check the motherboard for proper operation. If no fans come on or only come on for a few seconds then you have a bad motherboard
