HSB03 wont stop running. Makes the frige into a freezer

Is your compressor running. Check that and if it bis not then you probably just have a bad start device (relay/overload)

If the compressor isn't running, the refrigerator or freezer won't cool - period. Hopefully, by now, you've had a repair technician come and troubleshoot the problem.

Have you checked the heater/defroster element within the freezer? It may be related. When mine failed I was doing the defrosting with a hair blower. Over time (several days) the frost would build up on the freezer coils and the air couldn't flow as it should....so the thermostat wasn't getting cooled enough and it relayed the information to the cooling system, causing the frige to run all the time. Since it was clogged with frost, the frige was constantly trying to cool itself and the frost problem would get so bad that things in the freezer began to melt due to a lack of cold air circulation. After the heater/defroster element was replaced, frost would melt during the defrost cycle (as it should) and airflow/circulation was restored, allowing the thermostat to be cooled properly. Then the freezer coil was able to 'rest' when it should instead of constantly freezing to meet the demand for cold air in the frige. Hope this makes sense...and helps solve your issue.

Could be a bad plug in the wall, or could be a break in the line from the wall to the frige. I would check for loose wires in the back of the frige. Usually just a loose marrette.

Replace the thermostat they become stuck after long time use.

My first thought is it defrosting? Look into rear of the freezer and see if ice is building up on rear wall of freezer. If yes manually defrost and let me know what you find. If no I would want you to feel compressor for overheating or look and see if a fan has stopped working while compressor is running. Sea Breeze

you need to clean the bottom of frige of dust and water there ,, and if that dont work clean pipe that goes up the back of frige

If the evaporator coils behind the back panel of the freezer are icing up because of auto defrost failure that will stop the circulation of cold air and eventually affect the freezer too.

check defrost timer, defrost heater, defrost thermostat. In most newer models the timer has been replaced by an electronic control board. If the heater and thermostat are ok it’ll be the control.
