This is a fuser temperature control error code. Could be as easy as resetting the code and rebooting or it could require parts such as a thermistor, thermofuse, heat lamps. Typically though its the thermistors, the sensor that reads the temperature from the heat roller surface.
Fuser error. problem needs to be reset in service mode after the problem is fixed
