Hello, first press CLEAR/STOP BUTTON and key 8 and hold it together. If there is any error code, it will show. i.e. C26 or similar. So get back with error code!!!
But, one wild guess for the solution... Before you turn the copier On, did you install the developer inside and follow the procedure according the installation sheet? If NO, go trough the installation sheet and follow the developer installation and initialization.
[C26] = Peak detection error Does the exposure lamp light? (Perform the output check in the test mode: 03-267) If no, Replace the SLG board-->inverter-->exposure lamp.

1 scanner lamps.
2 scanner strip.
3 scanner bord
4 LGC bord.
please check these all goods are working properly.

This is an overvoltage error....Really need a tech to fix this...could be bad wall voltage....or the thermostat in the IH unit...or the fuse in the IH unit...or the logic board....
C26 indicates Peak detection error. U need to make sure the exposure lamp is light when u switch ON machine. If no light, then u need to check the inverter and the exposure lamp.
C26 is a peak detection error (when the copier scans the white reference plate there is an error in the detection)
The most common cause of C26 error is the
failure the lens unit which is Toshiba's part number 6LA02100000.
The components that fail on the board are IC1
and IC10.
The board can be repaired, but most commonly it is replaced.
