Have you tried to remove the battery, hold on power button for about 50-60 seconds, then plug-in the charger and turn the laptop ON, see what happens

sounds like its had a knock and one of the heat sinks on the CPU or graphics chip is loose and overheating. It needs to shut of so as not to damage the CPU/graphics chip.

Check the display properly, there might be a button you can use to turn on the camera itself.

Either the pram battery on the motherboard needs replaced or the hard drive has gone bad. Find a startup disc and boot from it. If it sees the hard drive with the startup disk then its your on board battery. May need someone to install that for you.

what os do u have that would really help but if u have xp try this open look at lower right hand corner u should see a speaker or a volume control. right click on it and go to properties or it might say open volume control when it opens make sure nothing is muted or turned way down espicaliy the main volume control if the slider is down trun it up. try that if that dont work we will try something else hope this helps

Might be the memory card inserted on your psp causing the issue, try to turn on your psp while the memory card is not inserted.
