Remove spark plug cable from top of spark plug
and use a socket set to remove spark plug and then place new spark plug and tighten it to required Torque which is specified in Repair manual for your bike
I have a 1996 cbr 600 f3 and when I first bought it used it would not turn over for the life of it. It turned out that a major problem was the spark plugs needing to be replaced. Thats the first thing to do. Next clean out those carbs with some good carb cleaner.
