If you have already replaced the clamp and tightened. The tube itself could be cracked. Loosen and bend the tube and inspect closely to see if cracking or split opens up. If it does then replace the tube.
There could also be a crack/hole on or near the bottom tank connection. This can be difficult to locate but holding the hose barb on the bottom with a finger and pouring a little gas into the tank.
The hole/Crack should be easy to find. Vibration will sometimes cause a crack in this location. Typically I suspect the hose.
Today's gasoline is notorious for degrading gas lines due to the additives and ethanol from corn.

In many cases you can contact the projector manufacturer for replacement parts, The plastic (also known as the chassis) can sometimes be purchased separate. Although a crack should no effect the projectors operation unless it was dropped hard enough to cause a crack.

this is not a problem as long as you do not let water or dampness into the crack, just switch of fridge and dry out the crack and seal with a good quality mastic or plastic sealer ..

If you can locate a crack in the clear plastic tank, there may be a chemical you can buy to "weld" the crack closed. If you aren't sure what plastic it is, you might try sealing the crack with bathroom caulk that is mold resistant. You must locate the source of the leak and patch that.

You have to fix crack , as it will keep your compressor running the kill your compressor. You fix the leak at local repair shop

Drill a hole , at each end of the crack , to keep it from extending , then fill the crack ( and holes ) , with a white silicon caulk . Yes , you can use the freezer .

I'm afraid that you will have to replace the base unit, part #62577, would sell for around $25. Once it cracks, then it is weak and will affect the brush roll and belt.

Minor cracking will not cause any problems.  The manufacturer says this is only cosmetic damage.  I wouldn't worry about it.
